Women with Baskets

Fritzner Deluy was born on March 18, 1941. He completed his secondary studies at the "Lycee Toussaint Louverture". He started painting in watercolors and later switched to oils. The famous painter Ernst Louizor encouraged and instructed Deluy in the impressionistic style. Deluy has exhibited both in Haiti and in many parts of the United States.
