Black people don’t owe you absolution

@sonyareneetaylor this is a moment of reckoning. we must decide that what is behind us is so vile, inhumane and untenable that whatever we must lose is necessary and where ever we are going we know we aren't going backwards. The entire.world is protesting and we are being offered a new possibility but not without loss and change and risk. in this moment either you want a new way of life or you want the comfort and convenience of the old one. the new way is a faith walk. we must each decide if we are truly ready to leave what is behind us.
