One Spring, I traveled to teach in Green Bay, Wisconsin. (Well at least we in California call the month of April Spring.) I'd planned to have the students draw outside to create images for a quilt they'd make the next day in class. There was 3 inches of snow on the ground, so that didn't work out so well. The colors, images and inspiration on this quilt, "Green Bay Spring," are from the flowers we purchased from the grocery store, Uh huh. Spring in Green Bay.
