Siggiwei, a town in Malta. Painted by the same artist (a bit illegible but someone might recognise it?) as the lock keepers chickens. Again any further information would be very welcome.
PS My wife was born in Malta whilst her father was stationed there in the Royal Navy. One of the reasons I like the picture.
