This is the location on Freeman Drive in Port Hope, Ontario of my basement bedroom, during my teenage years. Wood panelled, damp, with posters of Toronto punk concerts tacked to the walls, and one big hand-made one I did saying “nous sommes tous indésirables” (we are all undesirables) which comes from the Paris ‘68 student protests and Daniel Cohn-Bendit.
