The reason I felt compelled to take this photograph was the fence around the playground. It was basically a cage. This was taken in 1992, and where I'm from we didn't have fencing around playgrounds. Protecting the children! It's a shame there are people in this world that surely do harm children. We do all we can to protect them from the big bad wolf! This was photographed on film.
