Root To Rise

I created this mixed media, acrylic on canvas board to celebrate the ancient Celtic holiday of Imbolc which celebrated the earliest breaths of spring & the midpoint of winter❄️and even though the trees are still bare, or there may even be snow🌨 on the ground, the days are already getting longer & we are beginning to feel the earliest hints of spring 🌷& a rising of our spirits as our own spiritual spring begins.
