A "Sugar Angel" (a winged angel figure made out of sugar) is one of many such offerings associated with Mexico's Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead).
There's some uncertainty about the exact creation year of this print - it's given as both 1991 and 1992 in Barbara's various inventory files.
