Seems to be a one-off variant, one of several based on the same block.
The penciled comment "Masonite print + watercolor" is not in Jack's writing and seems highly doubtful: I don't think Masonite was involved in any way, and the paint does NOT look like watercolor but - if I had to guess - acrylic.
