Every mind has its own world, it’s an image constructed by the brain, based on what you have learned from parents, teachers, society, religion, the country you grew up etc. The way you see yourself is your story and your responsibility. The way others see you is their story, based on the ‘color of the glasses they are wearing, through which they see their reality’. Do not take other people’s criticism personally. It has nothing to do with you, but only with their state of mind and their reality at that point in time.
