The "Capital" in this series means Edo, modern Tokyo. "Tsukiji" is the location of the famous fish market. The figures are actors in a kabuki play of the era, but are not identified by name due to a government restriction on advertising entertainment with "questionable moral character" like kabuki plays. Donated by IRC resident Sinclair Winton.
