Sardinian by birth, Ramazzotti lives in Florence, where he studied art at the Liceo Artistico Firenze 2 and Faculty of Architecture. The brown building in the center of this view of Florence's Cathedral (Duomo) -- Brunelleschi's great dome is on the right, Giotto's bell tower (or campanile) and the 19th century façade are on the left -- is the church of Or San Michele, originally a grain market and famous for the sculptures in its niches by Verrocchio, Brunelleschi, Ghiberti, Donatello and others that were commissioned by Florence's rich guilds. Purchased by IRC's Interior Design Committee from the St. John’s Opportunity Shop, Bethesda.
