- Albert Aristide Séguin
- French Harbor Scene
- Color lithograph
- 19 x 13 in
- Framed: 24 x 18 in
- Signature: The signature enigmatically appears to read Clym; it corresponds with Séguin's signature in other prints.
The three docked boats are named the Isabelle, Dada, and Nodolphe. Séguin was born in France in 1901 but little else is known about his career. On the back of the print is a label of "Authentication" by the Société de Vérification de la Nouvelle Gravure Internationale of New York and Paris (created by The Collector's Guild Ltd.) warranting that this original signed print is from a limited edition of 275, and that its lithographic stone was defaced after the edition was completed. The dark orange mat and wood frame are the same as in other framed impressions of the print, indicating that they are original.
