A resident of the Washington, D.C. area, Carol Bouville holds an M.A. degree from the Sorbonne in Paris in American Literature. She studied art at Montgomery College and with numerous private teachers. She is a member of the Potomac Valley Watercolorists and the Baltimore Watercolor Society. "My surfaces are colorful, active and energetic," she writes. "I paint that way because that is how I see life."
