ke-ash is a filmmaker, producer, and Klamath Tribes member based in Portland, Oregon. Their work focuses on the revitalization of Native languages and cultural traditions, with an emphasis on preserving the Klamath Tribes' heritage through a mini-documentary series. With media training from Open Signal, ke-ash has received grants and fellowships to amplify Indigenous voices and foster connections within Native communities. Dedicated to supporting other Native creatives, ke-ash mentors emerging filmmakers and advocates for the growth of Indian representation in media. Their passion for health and wellness, alongside their interest in integrating cultural practices into lifestyle, also drives their podcasting and multimedia projects. In addition to their media work, ke-ash is actively involved in their tribe’s language revitalization efforts and uses their personal experiences in recovery, gained through NARA (Native American Rehabilitation Association), to inspire others in their emotional and spiritual growth. Through their work and advocacy, ke-ash aims to strengthen community ties, promote cultural preservation, and educate both Native and non-Native audiences about the importance of Native traditions.
