About Hudson Headwaters

Artist: Terry Peca

I am an emerging fine artist who works in oil, watercolor, and pen and ink. My oils are created exclusively with palette knives. I have studied under a variety of artists and have been a member of Saratoga Arts Council since 2015. I have sold a number of commissioned pieces, sold paintings for fundraising events, and was chosen to be a part of the North Country Arts 2018 “Expressions” juried exhibition.

When acquiring new art, Hudson Headwaters seeks pieces that contribute to the ongoing creative culture of our community. Local and regional artists are always given first consideration.

Hudson Headwaters Health Network is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) funded in part through a grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and generous community support. Hudson Headwaters Health Network is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). Hudson Headwaters Health Network is granted medical malpractice liability protection through the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) and are considered Federal employees with the Federal government acting as their primary insurer.
