Just look at that sky. It seems to hold the promise of summer just being around the corner. I can feel it’s warmth in the whisper of the breeze.

I Painted from one of my favourite places in the region. I spent so much of my teenage years hanging out and swimming there. Almost every day I’d walk to the park and my father would pick me up on his way home from work. Ah… such memories. I can still feel the sun on my back lying there trying to dry off.The Fisher Lakes in Rockwood Park hold such memories for many people I’m sure. I hope you enjoy my painting of this picturesque little island.
