Handcrafted, one of a kind, heirloom quality box. Made of mostly red oak and then some select pine. Box joints create the box and give it durability and beauty. Stained in a unique artist mixed color, slightly rustic black. Outsides of the box is varnished in a satin sheen and the inside is sealed with danish oil. The fine art on the lid is a miniature koi pond. Three koi amongst a few lily pads and lilies painted in mixed media. The art is finished in a high gloss art resin. The hinges and knob are iron. There are furniture tact’s on the corners for a masculine touch.
