Retirement Dining table

Clients were starting retirement and brought me a dining table with a leaf to paint. They traveled all over the world throughout their career. They asked each side to be painted to represent the 4 types of places they had lived; they wanted, forest, sea, tropical and mountain wildlife. For the center of table they wanted the flags of the country’s they’d been. For around the top of table, they wanted the bird and flowed for each state they had been. The colors were also the clients request. The touch of Dr. Seuss inspired quote was the artist touch (they asked me to add my own touch). She said she cried with that touch as it really seemed to suit them.
