Trail's End

Started plein air, and inspired by my Artventures on the Gunflint Trail during my residency this fall with the Gunflint Historical Society @chikwauk

A cheery red canoe sits quietly on shore's edge, morning light gently illuminates the scenery above, drawing shadows across rock face. Majestic pines tower over the placid scene, while light clouds flit overhead. At the trail's end, a new adventure begins!
