This series is dedicated to the loving memory of my late sister-in-law, Kathryn Hoglund (May 7, 1977 – January 1, 2019). Kathryn was a sensitive, empathetic, giving soul. She loved my brother and their three amazing children fiercely, cared deeply for the special needs children she taught, was passionate about alleviating food insecurity, gave the world's best hugs, made others feel welcome and important, was a foodie and an excellent chef, and she loved flowers.
