A skeletal armature of wicker and wire is dragged through abaca fiber, gathering skin as it moves. Hand-dyed cotton and embroidery thread bind and suspend swollen, organ-like forms that hover between bloom and bruise. The structure reads as both ribcage and trellis—an architecture of containment and spill. The work considers how force travels through a structure, and what happens when accumulation exceeds its frame.
