This extraordinary and significant silver attar dan (perfume container) epitomizes the refined sensory culture of courtly India. Designed with multiple lidded compartments for precious attars (perfumed oils), the vessel is as much a feast for the eyes as it was once for the senses. Each compartment is embellished with detachable flower-shaped decorations, finely crafted in silver wirework, demonstrating a high level of artisanal finesse. Graceful peacock motifs perch proudly along the form, while touches of green lacquer accentuate its visual allure.
