Aldan was printed on German Etching paper at Landfall Press in Chicago. It was signed and numbered by the artist in an edition of 125 and sold for $100.9 Aldan is included in the Art Institute of Chicago collection, with inventory number 1972.1237, it was a gift from Mr. and Mrs. Stanley M Freehling.10 Aldan is also included in the University of Iowa Stanley Museum of Art collection, with accession number 2004.127, it was donated from the collection of Allan Frumkin.11 This work was inherited by Hannah Palin in 1998.
