Not For Sale
My mom knew she was going to pass away in the next few weeks. I was visiting her from Canada (She lived in the Netherlands), we both knew it would be the last time we would see each other and she let me take her picture, a very rare and beautiful moment with just us. I painted a portrait after one of these photo's and feel I really captured that beautiful moment with her.
