While his family was stationed in Germany, as a child, Phil discovered his interest in art. While studying at the American Academy of Art in Chicago, he developed a passion for oil painting. Choosing to share this passion and inspire others, Phil also teaches workshops, helping others develop their talent. The Hadley Art Collection showcases five of his pieces.
