Kelly Hull was known for her astounding landscapes and her work as an educator. After graduating from Fort Hays State University with her undergraduate degree, Kelly devoted herself to a life of teaching young artists to flourish creatively. After nearly 30 years as an educator, Kelly retired and returned to pursue a Master's degree in Art from FHSU. She continued to teach through various pursuits until her retirement at the age of 88. Kelly's work is featured in galleries across Western Kansas and abroad. She was one of the founders of the Kansas Watercolor Society, an original member of the Society of Kansas Painters, a member of the Hays Arts Council, the Mid-America Arts and Crafts Association and many more organizations.
