Krallman has painted in the Midwest, primarily Kansas, for over 25 years. She was raised in western Kansas but eventually moved to eastern Kansas to attend Washburn University, earning a BFA in 1981. Her specialty is painting "en plein aire" with most of her works being painted on location.
