Canadian-born artist and illustrator based in Washington state. Her artwork takes inspiration from traditional scientific and botanical illustration, with a creative touch of vintage ephemera. Working across both traditional media—such as colored pencils, inks, and paints—and digital tools, she crafts detailed interpretations of the natural world.

Driven by a deep curiosity for nature, Connie's art reveals a fascination with minute details, creating a dialogue with the environment around her. A self-taught artist with a background in Molecular Biology and a Diploma in Applied Chemistry and Biotechnology, she has nurtured her practice over many years, both before and after completing her studies.

Connie’s illustrations have earned awards from American Illustration, Creative Quarterly, and the 3x3 International Illustration Competition. She offers custom illustration services, licenses her work commercially to industries like home decor, publishing, and tabletop games, and sells her original artwork and prints. Through her work, Connie invites viewers to share in her sense of wonder and reverence for the natural world, bridging the realms of art and science in every piece.
