Jumping Meadow Mouse signage

This is one of several intepretive panels I designed and illustrated for Douglas County Open Space, Colorado. The image shows a riparian landscape in which the meadow mouse lives. I gathered reference material, studied zoology specimens, worked with the naturalist and a mammalogist. The illustration, an original watercolor, was scanned, then brought into Quark for the graphic design component.
