"In Memoriam" was created in collaboration with Melissa Breyer and inspired by her photos of window-strike fatalities found in New York City during the 2021 fall migration. Each of the 26 birds illustrated represents a real individual whose migration was cut short. This work was part of the Fractured Aviary show at Antler Gallery which featured work that focused on the loss of bird life to window strikes.
