Honeybee waggle dance, waggling dancer is in the center. After each waggle run, the dancer circles back to the start, alternating directions of the return (solid and dotted arrows). The random arrangement of bees at the top and clearer arrangement at the bottom was important to convey. A worker bee performs the waggle dance when she wants to inform other bees of a nectar source she has found.
