Jack is a naturalist, wildlife artist, nature journaler, birding enthusiast and freelance educator based out of the Greater Philadelphia area. His artwork utilizes field sketches done from life to create lively and accurate portraits of flora and fauna; he works in watercolors and digital media. He creates commissioned artwork and works on collaborative projects for conservation-focused organizations, teaches workshops to the public on nature sketching techniques, and sells products featuring his nature artwork. Jack is completing a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife and Conservation Studies from Oregon State University and is also working on a Certificate in Natural History Illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design.
