This digital illustration shows seasonal changes of a hemlock branch (Tsuga canadensis) that is infested with the hemlock woolly adelgid (Adelges tsugae). It will be part of an interactive exhibit at Huyck Preserve explaining the identification, life cycle, and effects of this invasive insect.
