Caucsian Wingnut - Pterocarya fraxinifolia

This is a drawing of one of the specimen trees on the grounds of the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. It is the second time I have drawn this tree, once before I was commissioned by the NY Parks Deparartment to draw Gret Tress of New York City, and this was one of the examples from the borough of Brooklyn. Notice the brace used to prop up the branch on the left.
