Tacca chantrieri is commonly known as the Bat Flower due to its striking resemblance to a bat. Its dark petals curl like bat wings, creating an intriguing visual impression. However, the most fascinating detail to me is the flower's delicate and distinctive whiskers, which enhance its unique appearance.
