This is a Byzantine Half-Follis coin dated 565-578 CE. The half-follis is distinguished by a large K, which represents the numerical value 20 in Greek. The two figures with halos on the obverse are Justin II and Sophia. The coin is 19.05 mm (¾”) in diameter with an irregular shape.
