Washington, DC-born artist Simone Agoussoye has gained recognition for her complex portraits that often incorporate glass, blending realism with intricate detail to create unique depth and texture. Known for her bold depictions of iconic figures in music, pop culture, history, and the arts, Simone merges traditional portrait techniques with fresh, unconventional approaches that push the boundaries of contemporary art.
