Alex Peter Idoko (b. 1992, Abuja, Nigeria), self-taught Pyrography artist, based in Abuja, Nigeria. While his Accounting degree serves as a foundation, his true passion lies with art. His artistic journey has been ablaze with innovation, Evolving from fire and razorblade on wood and now igniting a new chapter of fire on canvas. Where the familiar warmth of wood blends with the comforting hues of acrylics, birthing a style called Pyro-fusionism

Wielding fire and razorblade as his tools of revelation, Alex sculpts quiet moments where emotions linger, capturing experiences born from the beauty and complexity of human experience within his socio- cultural landscape. These transformed figures, etched on canvas and wood, become mirrors to him, reflecting not only their own narratives but also his vulnerabilities and strengths.
