GRACE Gallery Exhibit - On Site Exhibition

Please join us Friday February 24, 2023 6pm-8pm for a Gallery Talk at 6:30pm with a reception to follow.

Be inspired by a collection of artwork from our GRACE Gallery Archive that showcases "Objects of Inspiration" painted or drawn by selected GRACE Heritage Artists Elaine Baldwin, Sidney Bemis, Larry Bissonnette, Ken Bridges, Ester Brown, Rowena Burnor, Mary Ann Casey, Ritchie Delisle, Merril Densmore, Berta Diller, Lawrence Fogg, Dot Kibbee and Maggie Smith.

Learn about what specific object or tool that was important to these particular artists and explore how inspirational energy can be expressed or represented on a canvas using basic design skills. See how objects like wheels, musical instruments, types of machinery and objects from nature serve as sources for inspiration for these artists to create or be creative. Also observe how the artworks become "Objects of Inspiration" themselves as the viewers experience them and reflect on their designs or compositions.
