A landscape painting, acrylic on wood canvas board, depicts a serene coastal scene at night. 

The sky is a gradient of soft, pastel colors, ranging from light pinkish-purple at the top to a deeper lilac-purple near the horizon.  Wispy, brushstroke-like clouds are suggested in the upper portion of the sky.  A large, light-colored, almost pale yellow-gray, moon or large light source is centrally positioned within the pinkish-purple sky.

A dark silhouette of trees or shoreline stretches across the middle ground, just above the waterline.  The water in the foreground is a deep blue, with visible brushstrokes that create texture and movement. The water's surface appears still but with subtle lines indicating ripples. The lower portion of the image is dominated by this rich blue water. The colors used are muted and harmonious, creating a peaceful and calming atmosphere.
