'Walking Mad' was a dance production produced in Victoria B.C. by Dance Victoria. Each of the 'Mad' characters is provided with a bright red conical hat in which to create a humourous interaction at all ends of the stage. Then a 'normal' woman arrives and points her finger at them, scolding them for their aberrant behavior. It becomes obvious through movement, mime and gesture that the madmen are sane and the woman is unbalanced. A poignant exposé of the human condition.
