A 5 m long chocolate table, with all items on it, was made out of chocolate! Around 2500 single pieces were produced in Australia, carefully packed and flown overnight express to HK. Then un-packed again, assembled and a lot of direct works like piping, ribbons, arranging fruit stands and platters, creating grapes for 2 days etc. in order to complete the final gallery works within one week. Around 120 working hours per person were exhausting for everyone involved but looking at the final result at the end compensated all of its effort.
A visual feast for your eyes and the 25 000 visitors at the 'Art by the harbour' - gallery at Harbour City, Hong Kong, China were amazed by this visual feast for all senses! It smelled beautifully in the gallery even though the aircon was on 24/7.
