'The Space Between Today and Tomorrow' can be thought of as a snapshot of a lonely life - something that can be melancholy but also beautiful, and all it takes is the sound of a bird call or laughter to remind us that joy can be found in the smallest things.

'The Space Between Today and Tomorrow' can be thought of as a snapshot of a lonely life - something that can be melancholy but also beautiful, and all it takes is the sound of a bird call or laughter to remind us that joy can be found in the smallest things.
This painting is based on my own photograph and was created using a unique combination of impasto paint & palette knife, overlaid with layers of spray paint (using hand cut stencils). The edges are painted black and is ready to hang.
