Syd was a character that I met whilst travelling with a friend between Cairns and Cooktown. We stopped at a pub in the Daintree for lunch, and Syd was quite happy for me to take photos so that I could make a drawing of him. I have won prizes for this work.
It is signed Gayle Hebbard, as that is the name I was known by during that period of time. I have since become Gayle Reichelt.
