Alex Pelletier is a Sarasota based actor, arts educator, and public speaking coach. She holds an MFA in Acting from the FSU/Asolo Conservatory for Actor Training and a BFA in Theatre Performance from Western Michigan University. Prior to graduate school, Alex worked as a theatre artist in Chicago before relocating to the sunshine state. She is an award-winning speaker, having received recognition from the National Forensics Association as a two-time finalist and semifinalist in Duo, and as a quarterfinalist in Prose. In addition to her work within the Sarasota community, Pelletier works as a public speaking coach training executives around the globe through Cornell University’s professional certification program. Some of her local theatre credits include: Westminster (Urbanite Theatre’s Modern Works Festival Winner 2023), America In One Room (FST), Knoxville, Fountain, Murder On The Orient Express, Romeo and Juliet (Asolo Repertory Theatre).
