Hyottoko, translating to "Fire" and "Boy" is a Japanese god who was celebrated for bringing good fortune and wealth by blowing wind into a hearth resulting in the creation of gold. Due to his ridiculous face, people wear his mask at festivals and use his character for comedy shows. Over time, we all become fools.
