MessageHistorically, drag queens were usually gay men. In modern times, cisgender, trans women, and non-binary people also perform as drag queens. As performers, they display their identities in epic ways, usually adopting a persona, with glamorous or exaggerated costumes and makeup. “Backstage Drag Queen Delights” reveals while flamboyant on stage, drag queens often dress quite the opposite backstage.
