“TERN”, 1992 SIGNED ORIGINAL COLOR TRIAL PROOF WOODCUT PRINT BY THE AMERICAN PAINTER AND MASTER PRINTMAKER DANIEL OWEN STOLPE (1939-2018)

This limited edition woodcut print was created by the well known painter and master printmaker Daniel Owen Stolpe, founder of Native Images Editions, Santa Cruz, California. The woodcut is signed and dated in pencil by the artist in the margin below the image lower right: Stolpe ‘92, titled by the artist in the margin below the image lower left: Tern, and annotated in the margin below the image center: color trial proof. The woodcut also bears the Native Images Edition blind embossed stamp in the lower margin center.

The image size measures 12 3/4 x 13 inches, printed on Japon paper with deckle edges, the sheet with full margins measures 17 x 14 5/8 inches.
