Screen, Benches & Chair

Harold Rittenberry created this suite of stainless steel furniture that is placed by the entrances to the College Park Library. The functional chairs and benches, fabricated with burnished stainless steel, feature designs of animals and plants. The screens, made with Corten steel, feature cut-out designs of mythological, folk and animal figures such as Pegasus, farmers plowing, elephants, birds, and fish.
